Swamp Camp
Darrion, the blacksmith in the Swamp Camp, forged the blade and tells you which Templar carries it.

The Templar with the blade is Gor Na Zar; he usually stays at the entrance to the Swamp Camp and won't give it up for any price.

Worth 186 ore
Gor Na Zar won't hand over the blade voluntarily; if you take it from him by other means, you'll have the Templar against you.

Darrion will only teach you the sword if you show him a light two-hander. Stone can help with the forging or give you one; if you tell Darrion it's Stone's work, he refuses.

Worth 186 ore
Once Darrion has taught you the sword, you can craft it yourself at a smithy – the way without conflict with the Templar.

Deliver
I should bring the sword to Stone.
Stone pays ore for the War Sword – 30, 50, or 70 ore, depending on how the conversation goes. When handing it over, you say whether it's the Templar's blade or your own work – Darrion's craftsmanship is recognizable.
