Jan sleeps from 0:30 to 8 o'clock, washes himself from 8 to 8:45 and from 17:30 to 20 o'clock, urinates from 9:45 to 10:30 o'clock, is at a chair from 10:30 to 14 and from 15 to 17:30 and from 21 to 22:20 o'clock and cooks from 14 to 15 and from 20 to 21 o'clock.
